Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orthodox Shop is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
